I received my PhD from the
school of Information and Computer Sciences
at
University of California, Irvine (UCI)

Professor Michael Franz in July 2009. As part of my PhD project, I built a multi-variant execution environment which runs multiple variants of a single program and monitors their behavior. Any divergence in behavior of the variants raises an exception and interrupts the execution. The goal of this system is to make programs resilient against malware (viruses, internet worms, etc.).
